为了研究制造商和第三方同时负责回收的再制造系统的运作稳定性,建立了一类混合回收渠道下面向新产品和再制造产品市场差异的再制造系统动态模型,包括仅考虑外部需求扰动的基本动态模型和进一步考虑再制造参数不确定的动态模型。分析了再制造系统的鲁棒运作,并基于线性矩阵不等式算法给出了相应的鲁棒控制策略。仿真计算结果表明,再制造环境相对稳定的情况下,系统倾向于采用第三方回收渠道,而随着再制造环境扰动因素增强,系统倾向于自行回收产品,且回收总量将减少。
In order to study the operational stability of the remanufacturing system which is also responsible for the recovery of both the manufacturer and the third party, a dynamic model of the remanufacturing system for the market differences between new products and remanufactured products under the mixed recycling channels is established, which includes only considering the disturbance of external demand Basic dynamic model and further consider the dynamic model of uncertain remanufacturing parameters. The robust operation of the remanufacturing system is analyzed and the corresponding robust control strategy is given based on the linear matrix inequality algorithm. The simulation results show that the system tends to adopt the third-party recycling channel when the remanufacturing environment is relatively stable, and the system tends to self-recycle the product and the total amount of recycling will decrease as the disturbance factors of the remanufacturing environment increase.
