本文观察了绿茶提取物抗肿瘤作用及其作用机理,实验发现,一定浓度的绿茶提取物,对体外培养的人胃腺癌细胞克隆生长具有明显的细胞毒作用,杀伤作用与药物浓度和作用时间成正相关。10-50mg/kg腹腔给药的抑瘤率为28~45%,并能使荷瘤小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞~3H-TdR参入值(cpm)由750±60,提高到3727±392,口服给药500~1000mg/kg抑瘤率为32~40%。流式细胞光度术细胞动力学测定结果发现,茶叶提取物能阻断L_(1210)细胞由G_I期向S期合成。阻断作用是发生在细胞分化的早期阶段。
This article observed the anti-tumor effect of green tea extract and its mechanism of action. It was found that a certain concentration of green tea extract has obvious cytotoxicity on the growth of human gastric adenocarcinoma cells cultured in vitro.
