以水能资源系统与生态系统相互关系为出发点,分析了产生时空分异的理论基础,分别基于时间尺度、空间尺度的关联机制,提出了应从时间、空间构建多尺度的综合调节体系,促进二者良性互动发展。研究结果表明,时间尺度的关联小尺度范围重点表现为水能资源开发不同阶段对生态系统要素的影响,以对单个要素、局部影响为主;大尺度范围重点应关注水能资源开发对生态系统的不同演替阶段的影响;研究者的视角亦为影响关联效应评价的一个重要因素;从空间尺度看,地理尺度上的差异影响生态效应的评价与显现。
Based on the relationship between hydropower resources system and ecosystem, this paper analyzes the theoretical basis for the spatiotemporal differentiation. Based on the time scale and the spatial correlation mechanism respectively, a multi-scale comprehensive regulation system should be constructed from time and space, Good interaction and development. The results show that the small-scale range associated with time scale mainly focuses on the impacts of different stages of hydropower resources development on ecosystem elements, mainly on single elements and local impacts; the large-scale scopes should focus on the development of hydropower resources on ecosystems . The researcher’s perspective is also an important factor that affects the evaluation of the correlation effect. From the perspective of spatial scale, the differences in geographical scales affect the evaluation and appearance of ecological effects.
