云南白药服药期间,忌食蚕豆、鱼类和酸、冷等食物。孕妇忌服。 云南白药内服、外用,一般无明显毒副作用。但也有个别人,出现过敏反应和中毒反应。中毒反应与用量有密切关系,一次量不超过0.5克,1日最大剂量不应超过4克。大剂量服用后,会出现恶心呕吐、面色苍白、四肢厥冷等反应,严重者会导致急性肾功能衰竭。当出现过敏反应或中毒反应时,应立却停止给药,并进行适当的对症治疗。
During the period when Yunnan Baiyao was taking medicine, avoid foods like broad beans, fish and sour and cold foods. Pregnant women are not allowed. Yunnan Baiyao is taken orally and externally and generally has no obvious toxic or side effects. However, there are also individuals who develop allergic reactions and poisoning reactions. After taking a large dose, nausea and vomiting, paleness, cold extremities, etc. may occur. In severe cases, acute renal failure may result.
