信息和信息流通对思想政治工作来说是十分重要的。思想政治工作是做人的工作,其主要目的之一就是调节和改善人们相互之间的关系,解决人与人认识交流上的问题。思想政治工作过程的实质,也可以说是思想信息的运动过程,即心灵信息的产生、传递、反馈和加工处理的过程。所以,要纠正和改变闭门空谈思想政治教育的倾向,提高市场经济条件下思想政治教育的效能,就必须重视信息工作,建立相应的信息联系制度,搞好信息的合理流通。
Information and information flow are very important for ideological and political work. Ideological and political work is a person’s job. One of its main purposes is to regulate and improve people’s relationship with each other and solve the problem of people’s understanding of communication. The essence of the process of ideological and political work can also be said to be the process of the movement of ideological information, that is, the process of the generation, transmission, feedback and processing of spiritual information. Therefore, to correct and change the tendency of pursuing ideological and political education behind closed doors and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education under the conditions of market economy, we must attach importance to information work, establish a corresponding information contact system, and do a reasonable flow of information.
