在广大农村中小学校,不少教师没有远大的理想。一些教师情绪消极低落,不思进取,甚至做日和尚撞日钟——得过且过。是什么原因造成农村教师教育理想的缺失呢?本文试着从现状、原因及对策三个方面加以探讨,以寻求农村教师教育理想缺失问题的根源及解决此问题的对策。 一、农村教师教育理想缺失的现状 农村教师教育理想缺失的现状主要体现在两个方面,一方面是体现在教师对待教育教学工作上,另一方面是体现在教师的精神状态上。
