In order to solve the problem of provenance for the development of day-lily, we explored a rapid breeding method. From September 1982 to April 1983, we conducted a rapid nursery test of lily-yellow section in Huangdiachang, Xindianzui Brigade, Changchun Commune, Yiyang County. After a total of eight batches of seedling culture results show that: the use of this method of nursery stock, high survival rate, as long as the technology is properly controlled, the general survival rate of 90% or more; fast growth, then 8, September of that year
