我们设计了一种作高增益试验用的、采用最低次的圆 TE_(11)模的回旋行波放大器。考虑到未来毫米波管子性能特性的试验研究,我们按缩尺法计算 S 波段最佳电路参数。
We designed a gyro-traveling-wave amplifier using the lowest-order TE 11 mode for high-gain testing. Taking into account the experimental study of the performance characteristics of the millimeter wave tube in the future, we calculate the optimal circuit parameters of the S band according to the scale rule.
