目的:测定跌打生骨胶囊中酸可溶性重金属和总重金属的含量。方法:选用人工胃液对跌打生骨胶囊进行前处理,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-MS)全定量模式测定跌打生骨胶囊中酸可溶性重金属和总重金属的含量。结果:总金属回收率试验中镉、铅、铜、砷、汞的回收率均在89%~95%,酸可溶性重金属回收率试验中镉、铅、铜、砷、汞的回收率均在95%~105%。3批大生产样品中重金属含量均<10μg·L-1,砷盐含量<2μg·L-1,同批样品中酸可溶性重金属含量与总重金属含量相当,无显著性差异。结论:跌打生骨胶囊中砷、铅、汞、镉、铜5种重金属的含量测定可不列入标准。
Objective: To determine the content of acid-soluble heavy metals and total heavy metals in Beishengshengjiao Capsule. Methods: The artificial gastric juice was used to pretreated Bei Sheng Sheng Gu Capsules. ICP-MS was used to determine the content of acid soluble heavy metals and total heavy metals in the BHD capsules. Results: The recoveries of cadmium, lead, copper, arsenic and mercury in the total metal recovery test ranged from 89% to 95%. The recoveries of cadmium, lead, copper, arsenic and mercury in the acid- % ~ 105%. The contents of heavy metals in three batches of samples were all less than 10μg · L-1 and the content of arsenic salt was less than 2μg · L-1. The contents of acid-soluble heavy metals and total heavy metals in the same batches were similar, with no significant difference. Conclusion: The contents of five kinds of heavy metals such as arsenic, lead, mercury, cadmium and copper in Beidashenggu capsule can not be included in the standard.
