(北京:中国对外翻译出版公司,1996年版)书作《影响中国近代社会的一百种译作》系邹振环先生所著札记之集,取材对中国近代具有影响的百余部外文著作的中译活动,叙述翔实,语言古美,以邹先生严谨之笔触勾勒出中国近代三百余年的翻译历史。尽管并非冠之以“历史”之名,却着实得之以实,笔者将其视作一部“不是历史的历史”。由于当时社会历史环境的特殊性,书作中所列及译作,大抵外文中译之作品。一种作品的译著一定有其时代需求性,在其满足需求的同时,也必然对社会的发展起到或大或小的影响和作用。由此看来,此书不仅是一部翻译史,同时也是一部社
