今年以来,我区积极应对国际金融危机的不利影响,认真贯彻落实中央保持经济平稳较快发展的一揽子计划,努力克服国际经济增速下滑、需求萎缩、价格下降对我区工业生产、企业效益和对外贸易造成的不利影响,经济运行出现积极变化,农业生产形势稳定,地方工业增势良好,投资和消费同步加快,财政金融支持力度加大,经济筑底企稳迹象初显。但国际金融危机对我区经济的负面影响依然存在,面临的困难和不确定因素
