In the past, the primary school-level management mode was “class system” and later “small cadre rotation system” was also produced. The former has only a few outstanding achievements and obedient students can become cadres. This is an unequal privilege system for unaccompanied pupils. Although the latter enables most students to get involved and participate in collective management of the classes and everyone is trained, there are places where the strongman finds it hard to find truth, not seeking truth from facts. So, how to embody the principle of “facing the whole, focusing on participation and taking the initiative in development” in class work?
