接种卡介苗的主要目的,是使未受过结核菌感染的人,接受1次无毒结核菌的人工感染,从而获得对结核菌的人工免疫,是预防结核病的一个重要手段。特别是部队,每年补充大量新兵,易感人群大幅度增加。为此,在新兵入伍检疫期间,进行1次结核菌素(以下简称结素)试验,阴性者,给予接种卡介苗,对预防结核病,很有必要。根据1979、1980两年对医院所在地区部队的新兵,进行结素试验和接种卡介苗情况,谈一点粗浅的体会。一、对象当年入伍的新兵,结素试验阴性者,接种卡介苗(禁忌症除外)。二、结素和卡介苗来源上海生物制品研究所(供皮内注射用)。
