无论是从资源枯竭的角度,亦或环境气候变化的影响,我国能源系统从发电侧、电网侧再到消费侧,对于可再生能源的有效开发利用都注以无限的期许和关注。尽管近些年,随着新技术的广泛介入、市场机制的逐渐完善和开发布局的理性转变,使得以“天赐惠风夜夜弃”为代表的“三弃”问题得到有效缓解,但在通往根本性解决可再生能源消纳问题的道路上,电网调峰、电力外送和市场机制构建仍是现阶段不可回避这三大制约性问题。
From the perspective of depletion of resources and the impact of environmental and climate change, China’s energy system, from the power generation side to the power grid side and then to the consumer side, draws infinite expectations and concerns for the effective development and utilization of renewable energy. In recent years, with the extensive intervention of new technologies, the gradual improvement of the market mechanism and the rational transformation of the development layout have effectively alleviated the “three abandonments” represented by “giving thanks to every means” However, on the road leading to the fundamental solution to the issue of renewable energy consumption, peak regulation of power grids, power transmission and construction of market mechanisms are still the three unavoidable constraints at this stage.
