催化研究用的大型分析測試仪器是很多的,例如电子显微鏡,測粒子大小分布;X光衍射仪,测粒子晶相;气体吸附仪,测載体表面积等。近十几年发展起来的电子能譜仪,与以上测試方法不一样,是一种表面态分析手段。由于接触催化反应的性質主要决定于催化剂表面的物理化学状态,因此,电子能譜技术,尽管还很年青,正在发展和完善之中,但是它已愈来愈多地被应用到催化研究領域之中。
