目的探讨湖北省部分农村基本公共卫生服务存在的问题,提出若干建议。方法回顾现阶段湖北省部分农村基本公共卫生服务薄弱环节,归纳其主要问题,分析相关影响因素与成因。结果湖北省部分农村基本公共卫生服务专项补助资金划拨滞后,使用监管不严,项目实施基础薄弱,服务内容不规范,影响城乡公共卫生服务均等化进程。结论亟待贯彻落实医改政策,建立考核体系、巩固服务体系、完善支持体系、解决突出问题、增强适应能力。
Objective To explore the existing problems of basic public health services in some rural areas in Hubei Province and put forward some suggestions. Methods To review the weaknesses of basic public health services in some rural areas of Hubei Province at this stage, summarize the main problems and analyze the related factors and causes. Results The allocation of special subsidies for basic public health services in some rural areas in Hubei Province lagged behind. The use of the subsidies was lax. The implementation of the project was weak and the service contents were not standardized, which affected the equalization of urban and rural public health services. Conclusion It is urgent to implement the medical reform policy, set up the assessment system, consolidate the service system, improve the support system, solve the outstanding problems and enhance the adaptability.
