目的全面分析济南市疾病预防控制机构卫生人力资源现状,为优化疾病预防控制机构人力资源结构提供依据。方法收集济南市疾病预防控制机构2011年在编人员人事基本信息,分析人员的数量、性别、年龄、学历和职称构成。结果 2011年济南市每万人口拥有疾病预防控制人员1.2人,平均年龄40.5岁;学历以大学本科为主(40.6%1),高级职称比例(11.7%)低于副省级城市。结论济南市疾病预防控制人员队伍建设取得了一定的成效,但仍未达到国家标准要求,尚不能很好的适应疾控事业发展形势要求,应从增加疾控人员数量、优化人员职称结构、提高疾控人员素质和强化区县级疾控机构人力资源建设四个方面,提升疾病预防控制人力资源水平。
Objective To comprehensively analyze the status quo of health human resources in disease prevention and control institutions in Jinan and provide evidence for optimizing human resources structure of disease prevention and control institutions. Methods The basic information of personnel in Ji’nan CDC in 2011 was collected, and the number, gender, age, academic record and professional title of the analysts were analyzed. Results In 2011, there were 1.2 persons with disease prevention and control in every 10,000 population in Jinan, with an average age of 40.5 years. The academic background is mainly undergraduate (40.6%), and the proportion of senior professional titles (11.7%) is lower than that of sub-provincial cities. Conclusion The construction of disease prevention and control staff in Jinan has achieved some success, but it still has not reached the national standard, yet it can not well meet the requirements of the development of disease control and prevention. The number of disease control and prevention personnel should be increased, the structure of professional titles should be optimized, Control staff quality and strengthen county-level CDC’s human resources construction in four areas, improve disease prevention and control of human resources.
