作者根据分子理论的脱磷反应式,对冲天炉熔炼中磷闸瓦时磷的氧化烧损问题,进行了热力学分析。认为:在熔炼中磷闸瓦时,磷氧化烧损的极限值是2.61%。作者还对炉内可能发生磷氧化烧损的部位进行了讨论。
Based on the dephosphorization reaction equation of molecular theory, the author conducts a thermodynamic analysis on the oxidation and burning loss of phosphorous in the process of cupola melting in cupola furnace. That: the phosphorus brake in the melting tile, the limit value of phosphorus oxidation burning is 2.61%. The authors also discussed the possible sites of phosphorus oxidation and burning in the furnace.
