鱼腹式吊车梁是我国首先自行设计的一种新产品,近几年来在我国有很大的推广。自从72年五月国内有些地区的鱼腹式吊车梁支座板处发现裂缝后,引起了各方面的重视。我局曾在72年6月组织过一次针对四川地区使用这种吊车梁较多的工程进行了一次调查,重点调查梁端垫板处外斜裂缝的情况;共调查了360根梁计665个梁端,仅6根梁的8个端头支座板处发现裂缝。关于这种裂缝的起因和影响,全国各地作了不少工作,这里仅谈我局范围内有关这种吊车梁的另外一些质量问题。一、端部自锚头附近的裂缝这是一种比较普遍的裂缝。在德阳某厂,我们曾抽查111根各型预应力鱼腹式吊
The fish-bellied crane beam is a new product first designed by our country. It has been widely promoted in China in recent years. Since the discovery of cracks in the fish-belly crane girder support plate in some areas of China in May, 72, it has attracted attention in various aspects. In June of this year, the Bureau organized a survey on the use of such cranes in the Sichuan region to investigate the situation of oblique cracks at the beam end. A total of 665 beams were surveyed. At the beam end, cracks were found only at the 8 end support plates of the 6 beams. Regarding the origin and impact of this kind of crack, a lot of work has been done across the country. Here only some of the other quality issues related to this type of crane beam are discussed in the Bureau. First, the cracks near the end of the anchor head This is a relatively common crack. In a factory in Deyang, we have sampled 111 types of prestressed fish belly cranes.
