我们每个人都在一定的传统文化的氛围中生活,大多数人受文化的影响很深。几乎每个阶层的管理人员都受文化的影响,文化影响行为的动机从而影响管理哲学与实际工作。管理工作必须由人来推动,这个概念在不同的文化中都很重要。文化影响人的需求、欲望、抱负,这些都是管理者所要面对的。 文化不但在领导的权变理论中起重要作用,文化还影响管理人员的领导型态,影响个人需求层次,从而影响管理人员和员工的动机,动机又影响管理人员的态度和一些基本原则。
Every one of us lives in a certain atmosphere of traditional culture, and most people are deeply influenced by the culture. Almost every level of management is affected by culture, and culture influences the motivation of behavior that affects management philosophy and practical work. Management must be driven by people, a concept that is important in different cultures. Culture affects people’s needs, desires, aspirations, these are the managers have to face. Culture not only plays an important role in the contingency theory of leadership, but also influences the leadership style of managers and the level of individual needs, thus affecting the motivation of managers and employees. Motivation also affects the attitude and some basic principles of managers.
