高职院校与企业的深度合作能够有效地提升办学水平,这种合作方式也逐渐成为高职院校发展的必然趋势。但如今高职院校与企业合作情况并不容客观,其中存在了诸多的问题,对高职院校的发展有着十分不利的影响。本文主要介绍了校企深度合作的意义,并进一步探讨了高职教育与企业合作中存在的问题与解决对策。
The deep cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises can effectively improve the level of running a school. This mode of cooperation has also gradually become the inevitable trend of the development of higher vocational colleges. However, nowadays, the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises is not objective and there are many problems that have a very negative impact on the development of higher vocational colleges. This article mainly introduces the significance of the depth cooperation between school and enterprise, and further discusses the existing problems and countermeasures in the cooperation between higher vocational education and enterprises.
