目的:比较Centurion型超声乳化手术系统中主控液流和重力液流的效果。方法:回顾分析大庆油田总医院2017年12月至2018年6月老年性白内障行Centurion型超声乳化手术者257例(286眼)的临床资料。患者分为主控组和重力组，对两组手术效果进行比较。结果:主控组有效超声乳化时间、累计释放能量及灌注液容积均低于重力组(n t＝34.510，4.058，239.067；n P＝0.000，0.045，0.000)；主控组浪涌9例低于重力组的20例(n χ2＝5.173，n P＝0.023)。术后1天主控组角膜水肿较轻、视力较好，均优于重力组(n χ2＝6.236，n P＝0.044；n t＝5.188，n P＝0.023)。术后1个月主控组角膜内皮细胞损失量少于重力组(n t＝150.540，n P＝0.000)。n 结论:Centurion型超声乳化系统手术中应用主控液流效果优于使用重力液流者。“,”Objective:To compare the efficacy between active control fluid flow and gravity fluid flow in the Centurion phacoemulsification system.Methods:The clinical data of 286 eyes of 257 patients with senile cataract who accepted Centurion phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation from Dec.2017 to Jun.2018 in Daqing Oil Field General Hospital were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were divided into two groups, the active control fluid flow group and the gravity fluid flow group.The efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective ultrasound time, phacoemulsification cumulative dissipated energy and perfusion volume in the active control fluid flow group were lower than those in the gravity fluid flow group. The differences were statistically significant (n t=34.510, 4.058, 239.067, n P=0.000, 0.045, 0.000). There were 9 cases of surge times in the active control fluid flow group were lower than the 20 cases in the gravity fluid flow group (n χ2=5.173, n P=0.023). The corneal edema and visual acuity in the active control fluid flow group were better than those in the gravity fluid flow group at 1 day after operation.And the differences were statistically significant(n χ2=6.236, n P=0.044, n t=5.188, 0.023). The reduction of corneal endothelial cells in the active control fluid flow group was lower than that in the gravity fluid flow group at 1 month postoperatively.And the difference was statistically significant(n t=150.540, n P=0.000).n Conclusion:The efficacy of active control fluid flow in Centurion phacoemulsification system is better than that of gravity fluid flow.
