红花、山栀、白芨各40克,当归、赤芍、黄柏、大黄、姜黄各克25克,乳香、没药各20克.上药一料,共研细末,装瓶备用.用时取上药粉适量,放乳钵中加适量米醋词为糊状,摊于数层纱布上(纱层内夹有塑料薄膜,以防药液外渗),厚度约为0.3～0.5厘米,随即敷于患处(最好将红肿淤血面盖完,蟊贴敷压痛最显著处),以胶布或绷带固定.每日换药一次.局部有皮损者,一般不宜用.
