文献[Fickweiler E et al:Die pharmazie(pharm praxis),31(10):239,1976]报道:磷酸盐、硫酸盐类药物与钙制剂同时并用,属配伍禁忌。常用中成药中含钙的有海螵蛸(Ca~(2+))、石膏(Ca~(2+))的牛黄解毒片、溃疡散、牛黄清肺散、桃花散、红卫止血散、胃溃疡颗粒、204胃药片、胃痛片、满山红糖衣片、胃宁片、五海咳喘丸、清眩片等;西药中含磷酸盐、硫酸盐类药物的有磷酸氯化喹啉、磷酸可待因、硫酸甲苯磺丁脲、硫酸亚铁、硫酸胍生等。两者同时并服,在胃肠道可产生难溶性化合物,影响上皮细胞膜对其吸收。这是因为磷酸盐、硫酸盐类
