上海工业缝纫机厂早在1982年就利用加工中心对新产品机壳进行可行性分析试加工。经过7个月的考核,证明该机床对机壳加工完全适宜。1984年7月我厂购入的国产加工中心正式投入生产。1986年引进的日本加工中心也到位。目前全厂共拥有八台加工中心。据不完全统计,全国缝纫机行业使用的加工中心(包括进口和国产两类)已超过35台。
Shanghai Industrial Sewing Machine Factory as early as 1982 on the use of machining centers on the feasibility of the new product chassis for trial processing. After seven months of assessment, the machine proved to be completely suitable for the chassis processing. July 1984 I purchased the plant’s domestic processing center officially put into production. The introduction of Japan’s machining center in 1986 is also in place. The whole plant has a total of eight machining centers. According to incomplete statistics, more than 35 processing centers (including both imported and domestic ones) have been used in the sewing machine industry across the country.
