萍乡不但是老工业城市,也是国家资源枯竭型转型试点城市,实施经济转型发展战略后,共有42家国有企业改制,党组织或撤或并,7000余名党员变成了“社会人”。国有企业改制党员的管理与服务,成为近年来萍乡基层党建工作的一个重要课题和挑战。该市通过实施“回家、安家、暖家”三项工程,在国企改制党员管理服务中摸索出了一条新路。
Pingxiang is not only an old industrial city but also a pilot city for national resource-exhaustion transformation. After implementing the strategy of economic restructuring and development, a total of 42 state-owned enterprises have been transformed or demobilized, and more than 7,000 party members have become “social people” . The management and service of state-owned enterprise restructuring party members has become an important issue and challenge for party building in Pingxiang at the grassroots level in recent years. The city has found a new road in the management of state-owned enterprise reforming party members through the implementation of the three projects of “going home, setting home and warming home”.
