食管癌是我国常见恶性肿瘤之一,由于其早期症状不明显,患者就诊时常已处于中晚期,因此预后较差。目前,食管癌的治疗方法主要有手术治疗、放疗、化疗及生物治疗等,准确的临床分期是选择最优治疗方案的重要前提。~(18)F标记的脱氧葡萄糖(~(18)F-FDG)正电子发射断层显像(PET/CT)作为一种非损伤性新兴影像诊断技术,将人体代谢信息与解剖结构结合为一体,显示了其兼具功能成像与结构成像的独特优势,近年来,在食管癌诊断、分期、疗效评价及预后评估等方面的应用受到广泛关注。
