《孔子家语》记载:楚恭王好打猎,一日打猎归来,发现心爱的宝雕弓遗失了,非常懊恼。随从安慰他:“大王还记得大约在何时何地遗失的吗?我们替你找回来。”楚恭王想了想说:“算了,楚王遗失一张宝雕弓,大不了还是楚人捡去了,何必寻找呢?”事后,人人称赞楚恭王“宽宏大量”。孔子听到此事,却感叹道:“度量还不够宽宏啊!如果说‘人遗失了弓,人拾得了弓’,多好!添一个‘楚’字,多么小气。”楚恭王的话体现的是一种“小我”境界,而孔子的话体现的则是一种“大我”境界。我们身边有一类教育者,他们只关注自己任教班级的学生,对其
