1988年,海南建省。人口涌入造成住房紧缺,投资者的兴趣迅速由工农业转为房地产。1992年,邓小平南巡后,全国各地数千亿资金涌向海南、广西等南方沿海省市。依靠房地产,海口市当年经济增长率惊达83%,三亚达73.6%。这是中国改革开放后第一次房地产热,也为之后的海南房地产泡沫埋下了隐患。
In 1988, Hainan Province built. The influx of population has caused housing shortage and the interest of investors has rapidly shifted from industry and agriculture to real estate. In 1992, after Deng Xiaoping’s southern tour, hundreds of billions of funds all over the country flocked to southern coastal provinces and cities such as Hainan and Guangxi. Rely on real estate, Haikou City, then the economic growth rate scared 83%, Sanya amounted to 73.6%. This is the first time after China’s reform and opening up real estate fever, but also for the subsequent real estate bubble in Hainan planted a hidden danger.
