广深铁路股份有限有公司于1996年3月在深圳注册成立,是我国铁路运输企业目前唯一一家在上海、香港和纽约三地上市的公司、2007年1月,该公司收购了京广线广州至坪石间的铁路运营资产,公司的营运里程由152公里扩展至481.2公里。公司经营的广深铁路是我国第一条客货分线运输的四线并行的电气化铁路,第一条实现完全公交化且时速高达200公里的城际铁路。
Guangzhou-Shenzhen Railway Co., Ltd. The company was incorporated in Shenzhen in March 1996 and is the only company currently listed in Shanghai, Hong Kong and New York by China’s railway transport enterprises. In January 2007, the company acquired Jing-Guang Line Guangzhou To the railway operating assets between Pingshi, the company’s operating mileage expanded from 152 km to 481.2 km. The Guangshen Railway operated by the Company is the first four-lane electrified railroad that is the first passenger and freight transportation line in China. The first one is an inter-city railway with full speed and up to 200 kilometers per hour.
