所谓“独苗式”员工,即在家庭中身为独生子女的员工。如今,我国第一代独生子女早已长大成人并逐步进入劳动力市场。由于经历、教育等方面的差异,“独苗式”员工与其他普通劳动者相比,颇有不同之处。领导应善于把握这一群体的特点,实施相应的管理。一般而言, “独苗式”员工主要有以下特点:一是工作的目的是为了愉快;二是以自我为中心;三是责任感较差;四是物质欲望较强;五是心理素质较差;六是教育良好;七是创新能力相对较强。
