本文作者根据自己对内控的认识,从内控制度的设计和实施两个方面对企业内部制度的建设做以下探讨,希望企业结合自身实际情况建立切实可行的内控制度。
Based on their own understanding of internal control, the author makes the following discussion on the construction of the internal system from two aspects: the design and implementation of the internal control system, and hopes that the enterprise will establish a practical internal control system in light of its actual conditions.
