为了更好的贯彻党的教育方针:教育为无产阶级政治服务,教育与生产劳动相结合。学校在当地党和农业社的大力支持下,划给我校二十亩园地。当时老师和同学们都非常高兴,王老师说:“这回可要吃到自已种出的庄稼了”。有了园地对生物教师来说是一件大喜事,一则能在生物教学中更好的贯彻党的教育方针,二则也培养自已成为有理论有农业技术的生物教师。但也的确是一件愁事,一则没技术,二则无实际经验,无从下手,使即简单的工具使用,都成问题。更不用说作物栽培管理技术,真是一点不懂。

However, it is indeed a sad thing. One does not have any technical skills. The second one has no practical experience and can not start with it, making use of simple tools all problematic. Not to mention crop cultivation and management techniques, really do not understand.
