建筑使用过程中人员活动引起的楼盖振动舒适度评估是建筑品质设计的重要方面,其本质为结构动力学分析设计内容。楼盖的舒适度不仅与结构本身的质量和刚度特性有关,还与不同的人员激励类型及评价标准有关。某大跨度楼盖项目在建筑功能上存在人员的行走、跑动、跳跃和跳舞等各种不同的活动类型,同时结构轻质且布置较为复杂,楼板的振动问题得到了各方的重视。通过研究楼板振动分析和设计的方法、条件和标准等,对整体和不同功能区域的楼板进行了系统的分析研究以指导深化设计,其技术和经验可供类似工程设计参考。
Evaluation of the vibration comfort of the floor caused by personnel activities during the construction process is an important aspect of the design of the building quality. Its essence is the structural dynamic analysis design content. Floor comfort not only with the structure itself, the quality and stiffness characteristics, but also with different types of personnel incentives and evaluation criteria. A large-span floor project has various types of activities such as walking, running, jumping and dancing in the building function. At the same time, the structure is light and the layout is more complicated. The vibration problem of the floor has got the attention of all parties. Through the study of floor vibration analysis and design methods, conditions and standards, the whole floor and different functional areas of the floor were systematically analyzed and studied to guide the deepening of the design, its technology and experience for similar engineering design reference.
