随着汽车产业的不断发展,社会对汽车维修专业毕业生的需求量越来越大,用人单位对毕业生的职业素质能力有很高的期望,希望他们有很高的社会责任感和团队合作意识。但是目前很多汽车维修教育机构的教学模式,无法适应汽车后市场的发展,导致很多学生在毕业以后,其技术能力不能满足维修市场的要求,学生综合素质不能达到企业的标准。因此,如何正确定位人才培养模式,提高学生职业素质能力,是进行汽车专业教育教学改革的关键。
With the continuous development of the automobile industry, the demand for automobile maintenance graduates is increasing. The employers have high expectations for the professional qualifications of graduates and hope they have a high sense of social responsibility and teamwork. . However, at present, many teaching models of vehicle maintenance educational institutions can not meet the requirements of the automobile market. As a result, many students fail to meet the requirements of the maintenance market after graduation. The overall quality of students can not meet the standards of the enterprises. Therefore, how to correctly locate the personnel training mode and improve the students’ vocational qualities is the key to reforming the auto teaching and learning.
