随着医学模式的转变,5岁以下儿童的主要死亡原因由感染性疾病、营养不良性疾病转变为非疾病因素[1],意外死亡成为危害儿童健康的主要卫生问题。为进一步降低5岁以下儿童的死亡率,采取针对性措施预防意外事故发生十分重要。为此我们对2000～2008年武平县5岁以下儿童意外死亡情况进行调查,结果报道如下。
With the change of medical model, the main cause of death of children under 5 years of age has been changed from infectious diseases and malnutrition diseases to non-disease factors [1]. Accidental death has become the major health problem that endangers children’s health. In order to further reduce the mortality rate of children under 5 years of age, it is very important to take targeted measures to prevent accidents. To this end, we investigated the accidental deaths of children under 5 in Wuping County from 2000 to 2008 and reported the results as follows.
