一、工程概况:甲、开工与结工时间:本期工程施工日期原定为三月十号开工,五月二十日结工。由于粮草等准备工作不够,延至二十号开工,以及各地民工路程远近不同(最远曲阜四百里),因之先后开工日期亦不一致,先期开工的只有一个县(于十九日),余继续开工最后东海一县二十七日才开工,致使工程结束产生迟早现象。最早于五月十五日完工,最晚迟至二十三日,施工期间总计雨工七天,休息两天,实际工作不足五十天。乙、参加干部与民工情况:基本参加工作的计干部二四八五人,民工六三,五五三人,属滨海、台枣、沂蒙、尼山四个专区计二十个县,及新海连一个市,共计为十三个指挥所,五八个大队,三一七个中
