目的 :研究中药扶正方对小鼠免疫调节的作用。方法 :将小鼠分成不同组别 ,采用扶正方 1号、2号、川芎组 ,不同剂量喂养 2 0天后取血 ,用硝酸还原法测一氧化氮 (NO) ,用 IL ISA法测定白细胞介素 2 (IL- 2 )。结果 :各中药组 NO、IL- 2值明显高于对照组 ,两者差异显著 ,P<0 .0 0 1。结论 :提示扶正中药对小鼠的免疫调节具有积极作用 ,为临床肿瘤病人术后、化疗后的中药扶正提供理论依据。
Objective: To study the effect of Fuzheng Recipe on immune regulation in mice. METHODS: Mice were divided into different groups and Fuzheng Fang No.1, No.2 and Chuanxiong group were used. Blood was taken at different doses and fed for 20 days. Nitric oxide (NO) was measured by nitrate reduction method and leukocyte was measured by IL ISA method. Element 2 (IL-2). Results: The NO and IL-2 values of each Chinese medicine group were significantly higher than those of the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.01). Conclusion : It is suggested that the Fuzheng Chinese medicine has a positive effect on the immunomodulation of mice, providing a theoretical basis for the up-regulation of traditional Chinese medicine for postoperative and post-chemotherapy in clinical cancer patients.
