目的 :观察烧烫灵软膏对大鼠皮肤烫伤的影响。方法 :用 80℃热水造成大鼠背部皮肤烫伤模型。与阴性对照组 (即基质组 )比较。结果 :烧烫灵高剂量组的皮肤烫伤痊愈时间明显缩短 ,而烧烫灵低剂量组的皮肤烫伤痊愈时间有缩短趋势 ,但与阴性对照组比较统计学上差别无显著性意义。结论 :上述结果提示烧烫灵软膏对大鼠皮肤烫伤具有促进伤口愈合作用。
Objective : To observe the effect of Shaolongling ointment on skin burns in rats. Method :Skin burn model of rat back was made with 80°C hot water. Compare with negative control group (ie matrix group). Results: The burn time of skin burn in the high-dose Tanglingling group was significantly shortened, but the skin burn time in the low-dose Tanglingling group had a tendency to shorten, but there was no statistically significant difference compared with the negative control group. Conclusion : The above results suggest that Burning Ling Ointment can promote wound healing in rats with skin burns.
