利用补偿控制系统实现精密加工代表了精密加工的现代方向。现行补偿切削系统,利用主轴回转误差信号控制刀具运动进行切削,以期利用较低精度等级的机床获得高的加工精度。笔者分析了这种补偿控制系统存在的问题,指出切削中切削热变形,已加工表面质量等问题。 振动切削技术是近年发展起来的新技术,其优良的工艺效果已为世人公认。由于振动切削技术独特的切削机理,可以大大降低切削温度,改善表面质量及切削过程。将振动切削引入误差补偿系统,可以得到完整的补偿切削系统,以实现高精度的加工。
