通过X射线衍射仪和场发射扫描电镜等实验设备,对比分析了喷射沉积法和铜模吸铸法制备的La_(62)Al_(16)(Cu,Ni)_(22)非晶合金的晶化过程和在不同退火温度下的晶化组织。结果表明沉积态La_(62)Al_(16)(Cu,Ni)_(22)非晶合金晶化主要析出纳米级的Al、Al Ni、La和未知相,析出相呈均匀分布,组织结构较好,而吸铸态La_(62)Al_(16)(Cu,Ni)_(22)非晶合金晶化后析出La和La(Cu,Ni)相,析出相颗粒尺寸大小不一,且分布不均匀,从而证明喷射沉积法作为La_(62)Al_(16)(Cu,Ni)_(22)块体非晶合金的制备方法,具有一定的优势。
By X-ray diffraction and field emission scanning electron microscopy and other experimental equipment, comparative analysis of the spray deposition method and copper mold suction casting prepared La 62 Al 16 (Cu, Ni) 22 amorphous alloy of the crystal Crystallization process and crystallization at different annealing temperatures. The results show that nanocrystalline Al, Al Ni, La and unknown phases are precipitated mainly in the as-deposited amorphous state of La 62 Ni 16 Cu-Ni 22 amorphous alloy, and the precipitates are uniformly distributed. However, La and La (Cu, Ni) phases were precipitated after as-cast amorphous La_ (62) Al_ (16) (Cu, Ni) _ (22) amorphous alloy was precipitated. It is proved that the spray deposition method has some advantages as a preparation method of the La_ (62) Al_ (16) (Cu, Ni) _ (22) bulk amorphous alloy.
