十多年来黑龙江省绝大部分建筑工程均采用外贴苯板外保温体系,近年来全省各地不同程度地出现外墙表层坠落事故,直接影响人们生活和环境安全。为寻求新的外墙节能达标体系和新的外墙保温材料,在试验室开展了憎水型泡沫混凝土的配合比及基本性能的试验研究。研究不同配比材料对强度、密度、吸水率的影响;在此基础上研究低容重憎水泡沫混凝土的配合比。
Over the past ten years, the vast majority of construction projects in Heilongjiang Province have adopted the external affixed benzene board insulation system. In recent years, the surface crashes of external walls have occurred in varying degrees in all parts of the province, directly affecting people’s lives and environmental safety. In order to seek a new exterior wall energy-saving standard system and a new external wall insulation material, experimental research on the mixing ratio and basic performance of hydrophobic foam concrete was carried out in the laboratory. The effects of different proportioning materials on the strength, density and water absorption were studied. Based on the study, the mixing ratio of low bulk density and hydrophobic foam concrete was studied.
