蒸压加气混凝土砌块(以下简称砌块)填充墙砌体出现裂缝、空鼓等问题,除施工质量较差和构造措施不合理等原因外,砌块与砌筑砂浆和抹面砂浆之间的粘结性能较差也是主要原因之一。试验研究了砂浆稠度、保水性、强度等级和砌块含水率等因素,对砌块与砂浆的粘结强度的影响。结果表明:砂浆稠度较低时,随着砌块含水率增大,砌块与砂浆的粘结强度也随之增大;砂浆稠度较大和保水性良好时,砌块含水率为15%~30%时,有利于提高砌块与砂浆的粘结强度;单纯提高砂浆强度等级对粘结强度的贡献相对较小;增强砂浆稠度和保水性,与砌块含水率之间的匹配性,更有利于有效提高粘结强度。
