本文介绍了一例以前未曾报道的由鳞状上皮岛无鞘神经纤维束组成的牙龈病变,并建议将该病变命名为神经上皮错构瘤。 患者女,24岁,述下颌骨舌面感到硬结并经常疼痛。检查发现沿右下磨牙区龈缘有一似骨疣样突起,该区边界清楚,粘膜正常,拍片示骨无异常变化。患者磨牙区牙齿均有牙周炎。手术切除病变并作病理检查,可见胶原基质内有圆形或椭圆形不规则的鳞状上皮岛,该上皮岛由圆形或椭圆形细胞构成,鳞状细胞呈多形
This article describes an example of a previously untreated gingival lesion composed of a sheathless bundle of squamous epithelial islands and suggests the name of the lesion as a neuroepithelial hamartoma. Female patient, 24 years old, described the mandibular surface with induration and frequent pain. Check found along the lower right molar area gingival margin like a wart-like protuberance, the border clear, normal mucosa, film showed no abnormal bone. Periodontitis was found in the teeth of patients with molars. Surgical removal of lesions and pathological examination showed that the collagen matrix has round or oval irregular squamous island, the epithelial island by the round or oval cells, squamous cells were polymorphous
