我校创办农场的目的是:农场为教学服务,教学为生产服务,为了贯彻这个目的,我们以农场作课堂,以作物作课文使理论联系实际,从理论中深入实践,结合农场栽培管理作物。(各年级在农场栽培管理的作物按照各年级的特点及课文内容,有计划地具体地规定:如初一年级培养学生掌握农业基木操作能力,如整地,中耕,除草,浇水,施肥等。初二年级培养学生独立耕作能力,从播种到收获。初三年级培养学生带有试验性,技术性的操作能力,如动物的饲养,人工授粉,嫁接法等。对高中学生采取类似措施进行农场劳动,使巩固已获得的生物知识投入到生产实践,因为高一人体解剖很难结合农业生产,高二、高三没有生物课)通过培育管理这项操作过程,深入实践,使学生队识到这种作
