近年,我国塔式起重机安全事故频发,研制塔式起重机安全监测与控制系统十分必要。吊重监测是塔式起重机安全系统中最为重要的因素,使用51单板机作为系统数据采集与处理核心,它合理分配与复用I/O端口线,使得系统具有较高的性价比。通过定义有效采集吊重和正常波动/异常波动,明确提出一种基于两级均值滤波的吊重数据计算方法;基于有效数据,描述了系统软件的处理流程。通过设定消抖延迟参数,使得系统不仅能够保证提升塔式起重机操作安全,而且有助于塔式起重机操作的方便性,使得系统具有实用价值。
In recent years, frequent accidents of tower cranes in our country, it is necessary to develop tower crane safety monitoring and control system. Hoisting monitoring is the most important factor in the tower crane safety system. It uses 51 single-board computer as the core of system data acquisition and processing. It rationally allocates and multiplexes the I / O port line, and makes the system cost-effective.
