This paper discusses the strategies and countermeasures of forestry utilizing foreign capital in terms of the scale of foreign investment in forestry, the form of utilizing foreign capital, the flow of foreign capital to the structure, the regional distribution of utilizing foreign capital and the problems that should be paid attention to when utilizing foreign capital. At the same time, it discusses the effective forms and ways of forestry utilizing foreign capital, In order to promote the efficient development of China’s forestry economy.
