齐齐哈尔市档案局、民政局联合下发的《齐齐哈尔市社区档案管理办法》,已就全市如何从社区实际情况出发,深入开展社区档案工作进行了细化分解,明确了政府、部门、街道和社区各方责任和任务,明确了建设标准和建设内容,并逐项提出了规范化要求,为我们今后更好地开展社区档案指明了方向。下面,笔者仅就如何加强社区档案工作规范化建设,谈点认识与建议。
