在25年时间里观察590例2个月至15岁的小儿非特异性溃疡性结肠炎(NUC),无性别差异。其中轻型268例、中度重型163例、重型159例。这三型好象是独立疾病,除个别中度重型转变为重型外,其余无变化。轻型:大便3～4次/日,稀便或粥样便伴有少量血液,常有中度左下腹阵痛。体重减轻、稍贫血、血沉稍快。病程呈慢性经过,常周期性缓解和恶化。中度重型:初期同轻型,过1～3个月后大便混血增多,5～6次/日。腹痛加重,出现消瘦、贫血、血沉增快25～40mm/h。病程呈波浪式发展,缓解期比轻型更短。重型:开始就表现为肉眼血便,病情进展快。2～3周(有时2～3个月)就发展成重症。大便5～10次/日(有时达20～30次/日)混有大量血液、粘液、脓
590 non-specific ulcerative colitis (NUC) in 590 children aged 2 months to 15 years were observed over a 25-year period, with no gender differences.
