本文观察了30例哮喘儿童血、尿cAMP含量变化,发现二者均比正常对照组儿童有不同程度的明显减低。说明哮喘发病与cAMP的作用减弱有关。考虑其可能是由于磷酸二脂酶的活性增高、交感神经β受体功能低下和腺苷酸环化酶的作用减弱所致。本检测结果为今后观察哮喘的病理情况及用药提供一定参考。并提出cAMP检测可作为哮喘诊断的一项辅助措施这一设想。
In this paper, 30 cases of asthma children blood, urine cAMP content changes, found that both than the normal control group children with varying degrees of significantly reduced. Description of asthma pathogenesis and the role of cAMP weakened. Considering it may be due to increased phosphodiesterase activity, sympathetic beta receptor dysfunction and adenylyl cyclase decreased role. The test results for the future observation of the pathological conditions of asthma and provide some reference to medication. And proposed cAMP detection can be used as an adjunct to asthma diagnosis of this idea.
